Nigel West  (Military Historian) states in his book "The Secret War for the Falklands"  that the Argentine Veinticinco de Mayo, ex H.M.S. Venerable was the last Colossus class afloat. She was in fact de-commissioned in 1986 and eventually towed to Alang in India for breaking up in 2000.
